Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Cílem první části je přiblížení problematiky a teoretického základu z oblasti znalostního managementu a přiblížení metod práce se znalostmi v podnicích. Druhá část je pak zaměřena na analýzu vybraného podniku s cílem zhodnotit vliv a využívání informačních a komunikačních technologií v podniku, jejich používání a dopad těchto technologií na znalostní procesy podniku. Hlavní důraz bude kladen na proces organizačního učení. |

The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts.
