dc.description.abstract	Práce popisuje ve své praktické části restaurování sochy sv. Pavla před kostelem Nanebevzetí Panny Marie v Polné a v teoretické části se snaží z dostupných informací zjistit původ či autorství sochy světce. Poznatky a fakta, získané z dostupných zdrojů, z pramenů a literatury byly komparovány a následně porovnány s petrografickou analýzou vzorku vápence, odebraného ze samotné sochy světce. Laboratorní analýze a vzájemné komparaci byly podrobeny též: úlomek horniny z lokality těžby vápence a umělý vápenec, zhotovený pro doplnění chybějících částí modelace sochy světce. Součástí teoretické části je také formální popis předmětné skulptury a s ním související ikonografické zobrazení sv. Pavla.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The practical part of the bachelor's thesis deals with the St. Paul statue restoration outside the Assumption of Mary Church in Polná and theoretical part attempts using current information to determine the authorship or origin of the saint's statue. Knowledge and facts gained from available sources were compared to each other and to the petrographic analysis of a limestone sample taken directly from the saint's statue. Subjects to laboratory analysis and mutual comparison were also: a rock fraction from a limestone mining area and artificial limestone made for completing the statue's missing parts. The theoretical part also involves a formal description of the material sculpture and its related iconographical view of St. Paul's statue.	eng
