dc.description.abstract	Práce "Výtvarná tvorba Petra Kiena v kontextu meziválečného umění a umění terezínského ghetta 1941-1945" se zaměřuje na výtvarnou tvorbu malíře a spisovatele židovského původu Petra Kiena. Po úvodu, který obsahuje kritický přehled literatury k osobě umělce, popisuje sbírky a představuje metodologii práci, se text přesouvá ke krátké prezentaci umělcova života a vymezuje jeho tvorbu. Primární zájmem práce je samotná prezentace umělce v historickém a uměleckém kontextu první poloviny 20. století (malba a kresba, užitá grafika, skici, studie a karikatury) a v kontextu ghetta Terezín (oficiální a neoficiální tvorba, kreslírna Technické kanceláře, aféra terezínských umělců, uvedení do umělecké problematiky ghetta a jejich umělců). Práce obsahuje kolem 40 barevných reprodukcí Kienovy tvorby a dobových materiálů.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis "Visual Works of Petr Kien in the Context of Czech Art between the Wars and Art of Theresienstadt Ghetto 1941-1945" speaks about the visual work of Peter Franz Kien (1919-1944), a Jewish painter and writer in the historical and cultural reality of the first half of 20th century. After the introduction which contains the critical resume of the literature related to Peter Kien as well as the description of Kien's collections and the presentation of the methodology. The text continues with a short presentation of the artiste life and the basic division of his visual work. The main emphasis belongs to the context of Czech Art between the Wars (Painting and drawing, applied graphic art, sketches, studies, caricatures) and continues to throw the chapters in context of the Theresienstadt Ghetto (official and unofficial works, drawing office, scandal of Theresienstadt painters, comparison with the culture base of Ghetto and the other artists). The thesis contains about 40 reproductions and period materials.	eng
