Tématem mé diplomové práce je „ Nejvyšší kontrolní instituce ve Finsku, ČR a EU‘‘. Celá práce je rozdělena do pěti základních částí. V první části se zabývám historií kontroly ve vybraných zemích. Ve druhé části jsem se zaměřila na postavení a působnost vybraných Nejvyšších kontrolních institucí (dále jen NKI). Třetí kapitola popisuje organizační strukturu jednotlivých vybraných NKI. Ve čtvrté části potom nalézáme informace o mezinárodní spolupráci vybraných NKI. Poslední, pátá kapitola je o samotné kontrolní činnosti. Postupně je zde popsána kontrolní činnost finského Státního kontrolního úřadu (dále jen SKU), českého Nejvyššího kontrolního úřadu (dále jen NKU) a také Evropského účetního dvora (dále jen EUD). V závěru své práce se vracím k jednotlivým kapitolám a vyzdvihuji zjištěné skutečnosti. Tyto zjištěné skutečnosti zde později prezentuji jako dosažené výsledky své práce.
The theme of my Thesis is „Supreme audit authorities of Finland, Czech republic and EU‘‘. The whole document is devided into five basic parts. The first part is engaged in the history of audit system in chosen countries. In the second part I intend on the status and powers of chosen Supreme audit institutions (so far SAI). The third chapter describes the organizational structure of chosen SAI. In the fourth part there we can find the information about the international cooperation of chosen SAI. The last, fifth chapter is about the audit activity. There we can find the description of the audit activity of the finish State audit office, of the czech Supreme audit office and of the Europien court of auditors. At the and of the thesis I return back to different parts of this document and I marked up the founded facts. These founded facts are later presented as the results of the whole work.
