| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vzděláváním mentálně postižených směřujícím k rozvoji jejich osobnosti a zapojení do běžného života. Zaměřuji se na pojem mentální retardace a (re) integrace do společnosti. Práce dále vychází z výsledku terénního výzkumu v Praktické škole, která nabízí mnoho sociálních služeb včetně tranzitního programu, který poskytuje podporu lidem s mentálním nebo kombinovaným postižením při osvojování sociálních a pracovních dovedností. Analyzuji tedy její služby, metody vzdělávání a především to, jestli mají tyto osoby po programu lepší možnost uplatnění na trhu práce. | cze |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The present BA thesis has the following area of focus: education of people with mental disabilities aiming to develop their personality and integrate them into community. It investigates the concepts of mental retardation, integration and reintegration into society. The thesis includes a survey whose findings are presented in a separate chapter. A special needs school was selected to conduct the survey. The school serves students who struggle with mental disabilities or a more complex disabilities helping them to gain social and work related skills. The survey analyses the methods of instruction, level of services including a transition program and how successful in the job market the clients are after completing the program. | eng |
