| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce pojednává o ozařování mozku při metastatickém poškození u pacientů léčených v onkologickém centru Pardubického kraje. Celá bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. Teoretická část se věnuje anatomii a fyziologii mozku. Dále se práce zabývá metastatickým poškozením mozku a závěr teoretické části kompletně popisuje radioterapii mozkových metastáz. Výzkumná část bakalářské práce pomocí retrospektivní analýzy vybraných dat ze zdravotnické dokumentace statisticky hodnotí a porovnává výchozí informace o radioterapii mozkových metastáz u pacientů léčených v onkologickém centru. | cze |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The Thesis of Bachelor Studies covers the theme of irradiation of brain in metastatic impairment patients treated in a cancer centre of Pardubice region. The whole Thesis of Bachelor Studies is divided into a theoretical and research part. The theoretical part deals with the theme of anatomy and physiology of brain. Then the work covers the issue of the metastatic impairment of brain and the end of theoretical part comprehensively describes the irradiation of brain metastases. Research part of this Bachelor Thesis statistically assesses and compares the input information on radiation therapy of brain metastases in patients treated in the oncological centre by means of a retrospective analysis of chosen data from the medical documentation. | eng |
