dc.description.abstract	Teoreticko-výzkumná část bakalářské práce se zabývá laboratorním novorozeneckým screeningem z paty u novorozenců a informovaností žen na oddělení šestinedělí v této oblasti. Teoretická část práce popisuje novorozenecký screening, metody jeho odběru, nemoci, které jsou screeningem vyšetřovány a náležitosti, které je nutné pro screening splnit. V praktické části je použita metoda dotazníkového šetření, kterou se zkoumá informovanost žen o laboratorním novorozeneckém screeningu. V závěru práce jsou výsledky šetření vyhodnoceny pomocí popisné statistiky a budou interpretovány prostřednictvím grafů.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theoretical part of the bachelors thesis deals with heel prick test in newborns, which is performed in all hospitals as well as women's awareness in this area. The thesis describes neonatal screening, methods of its collection, diseases that are screened and the requirements that are necessary for the screening. The practical part uses the method of a questionnaire survey, which explores the awareness of women about heel prick test. At the end of the work, the results of the survey are evaluated using descriptive statics and will be interpreted by graphs.	eng
