Tato bakalářská práce na téma Hospitalizace pacienta romského etnika pohledem sestry má část teoretickou a praktickou.
Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zabývá problematikou romského etnika s cílem popsat celkovou charakteristiku romské komunity včetně původu , hodnotového systému a uvádějí se zde určitá specifika ošetřovatelské péče a komunikace s romskými pacienty.
Praktická část vychází z rozdaných dotazníků všeobecným a praktickým sestrám pracujících na lůžkových odděleních interního a chirurgického typu s cílem zjištění jejich pohledů na romské pacienty po dobu hospitalizace a jejich zkušeností s daným etnikem. Ze získaných a následně zpracovaných dat vyplývá, že u všeobecných a praktických sester pracujících na odlišném typu oddělení převládá prakticky stejný pohled na pacienty romského etnika. |

This bachelor's thesis on the topic of Hospitalization of a Romany ethnicum patient from the nurse perspective has a theoretical and practical part.
The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis deals with the issue of Roma ethnic origin, which describes the overall characteristics of the Roma community, including the origin, value system and there are the specifics of nursing care and communication with Roma patients.
The practical part is based on distributed questionnaires to general and practical nurses working in inpatient wards internal and surgery types in order to find out their views on Roma patients during hospitalization and their experience with the ethnic group. The data obtained and subsequently processed show that the general and practical nurses working on a different type of department are dominated by virtually the same view of Roma patients. |

Doplňující otázky pro obhajobu závěrečné práce:
1) Jak si vysvětlujete odpovědi respondentů na dotazníkovou otázku č. 17 a to, že romští pacienti na lůžkových odděleních nedodržují léčebný režim tím, že neužívají předepsanou medikaci? Takto odpovědělo 38 % sester z interních a 15 % sester z chirurgických oddělení.
2) Vaše osobní zkušenosti s ošetřováním pacientů romského etnika a v čem se liší nebo shodují se zjištěnými výsledky v této BP?
