Bakalářská práce přibližuje problematiku výukového prostředí praxí z pohledu studentů ošetřovatelství. V teoretické části je popsán systém vzdělávání studentů ve zdravotnictví z hlediska historie i současné doby. Dále pojednává o klinickém výukovém prostředí v pregraduální přípravě sester, jejich strategiích, metodách výuky a hodnocení studentů při výuce. K závěru je popsán význam mentora klinického prostředí praxí a jeho činnosti ve výuce. Ke kvantitativnímu průzkumu bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření. Průzkumná část práce se zabývá spokojeností studentů ošetřovatelství s klinickým výukovým prostředím. Z průzkumného šetření vyplynulo, že spokojenost studentů ošetřovatelství s výukovým prostředím praxí je rozdílná u studentů prezenční formy studia oproti studentům kombinované formy studia. Vyšší spokojenost s výukovým prostředím praxí projevili studenti kombinované formy studia. |

This bachelor thesis approaches the issue of clinical praxis environment from the perspective of nursing students. The theoretical part describes the educational system of healthcare students in history and the present. It also discusses about clinical learning environment in pregradual preparation of nurses, their strategy, methods of education and students evaluation. At the end, the importance of the mentor of clinical environment of practice and his activities in teaching is described. By a quantitative survey in the form of the questionnaire in the exploratory part of the work, the level of satisfaction of nursing students with the clinical teaching environment was determined. A questionnaire survey was conducted for the quantitative research in the exploratory part of the thesis, which deals with nursing students' satisfaction with the clinical learning environment. The exploratory investigation revealed that the satisfaction of nursing students with the practice learning environment was different for full-time students compared to students of combined form of study. Students of combined form of study showed higher satisfaction with the practice learning environment. |
