dc.description.abstract	Bakterie rodu Arcobacter jsou popsány od roku 1991 a patří mezi zoonotické potenciálně patogenní bakterie. Po mnoha letech došlo k reklasifikaci v rámci taxonomie Arcobacter-like species bakterií. O této problematice pojednává tato bakalářská práce. Cílem bylo na základě vědeckých publikací zaměřit se na Arcobacter spp. z historického hlediska, shrnout poznatky o současné taxonomii, charakterizovat aktuální druhy a popsat další změny, ke kterým došlo v posledních několika letech.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bacteria of the genus Arcobacter have been described since 1991 and they belong among the zoonotic potentially pathogenic bacterie. After many years, it was reclassified within the taxonomy of Arcobacter-like species. This bachelor deals with this issue. This aim of the work was to focus on Arcobacter spp. from a historical point of view, to summarize the findings on current taxonomy, to characterize current species and to describe other changes that have occurred in the last few years.	eng
