Téma této bakalářské práce je intenzita akutní pooperační bolesti ve vybraných nemocnicích. V teoretické části práce bude podrobně podáno rozdělení pooperačních bolestí, metody měření její intenzity, včetně její léčby. Bude poukázáno na rizika nedostatečné léčby pooperační bolesti ať už zdravotní, psychologické i sociální. Pro výzkumnou část budou použita data z již zpracovaných bakalářských prací z let 2019-2020. Bude se jednat o sekundární analýzu dat pro vybrané nemocnice. Cílem práce bude na základě sekundárního zpracování statistických dat porovnat úroveň tišení bolesti v různých nemocnicích. |

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the intensity of acute postoperative pain in selected hospitals. In the theoretical part of the thesis will be given in detail the division of postoperative pain, methods of measuring pain intensity, including pain treatment. The risks of insufficient treatment of postoperative pain, whether medical, psychological or social, will be pointed out. Data from already processed bachelor's theses from 2019-2020 will be used for the research part. It will be a secondary data analysis for selected hospitals. The aim of the thesis will be to compare the level of pain relief in different hospitals based on the secondary processing of statistical data. |
