Bakalářská práce se zabývá migrací rumunských obyvatel a jejich uplatněním na trhu práce v České republice. V práci jsou uvedeny zkušenosti informantů s pracovními agenturami a jejich vztahy k těmto agenturám. Nejdříve se práce zabývá migrací a termíny s ní souvisejícími. Praktická část práce umožňuje náhled do rumunské komunity. Cílem práce je odhalit kladné a záporné zážitky informantů, se kterými se u agentur v České republice setkali. |

The bachelor thesis deals with the migration of Romanian residents and their participation in the Czech labor market. In this thesis, we can find experiences of informants related to employment agencies and their relationships to these agencies. The first part of the text deals with migration and related terms. The practical part of the thesis brings insight into Romanian community. The object of the thesis is to reveal positive and negative experiences of informants with agencies in the Czech Republic. |
