dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem brownfields, neboli chátrajících a nevyužívaných staveb či pozemků. Představí nějaké možnosti jejich opětovného využití a případné záchrany před zánikem. Dále bude také popsáno využívání opuštěných domů nelegálně, neboli squatting. Následně se práce zaměřuje na město Pardubice, kde uvede významné opuštěné stavby a v praktické části budou prováděny rozhovory s obyvateli, kteří bydlí v blízkosti dvou vybraných areálů. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak obyvatelé Pardubic vnímají brownfields ve svém okolí.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The Bachelor´s Thesis deals with the topic of brownfields - or in another words - decaying estate or land lying fallow. The thesis presents possibilities of their further use and eventual rescue before their perishing. Usage or occupying of previously abandoned houses illegally will be described afterwards too - so called squatting. The thesis than focuses on the City of Pardubice, where important empty and desolated buildings will be introduce and in the practical part of the thesis the dialogues will be held with the citizens, who live close to two specified sites. The goal of the thesis is to observe how the citizens of Pardubice understand and feel or perceive brownfields in their surroundings.	eng
