Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou edukace diabetiků v prevenci syndromu diabetické nohy. Teoretická část zahrnuje informace o onemocnění diabetes mellitus (DM) a charakterizuje pozdní komplikaci tohoto onemocnění - syndrom diabetické nohy (SDN). Jsou zde popsány preventivní postupy vzniku tohoto syndromu a je zdůrazněna edukace diabetika. Cílem výzkumného šetření pomocí kvantitativního sběru dat dotazníkem je zjistit, jsou-li diabetici edukováni o prevenci syndromu diabetické nohy, jaký je způsob edukace a jaká preventivní opatření diabetici dodržují. Na základě výzkumného šetření vznikl edukační materiál zaměřený na prevenci syndromu diabetické nohy v oblasti správné péče o nohy. |

This bachelor thesis focuses on the problem of the education of patients with diabetes in the prevention of diabetic foot syndrome. This thesis is organised into three parts. The first part covers theoretical knowledge about the illness of diabetes mellitus (DM) and specifies complication an in the late stages of this illness diabetic foot syndrome (DFS). Particularly, we describe preventive procedures to mitigate the syndrome and emphasise the importance of education. The second part contains results of questioner-based research to evaluate the education level of diabetes ill adults about diabetic foot syndrome, the way they were educated, and which preventive measures they keep. The final part is a document focused on the prevention of diabetic foot syndrome based on the proper foot hygiene. |

1. Kolik je asi v ČR pedikérek vyškolených v péči o nohy diabetika? Kde takové školení leze získat?
2. Na otázku č. 12 " Kdo Vás poprvé informoval o prevenci syndromu diabetické nohy?" odpověděl pouze jeden dotazovaný, že to byla všeobecná sestra. Proč si myslíte, že sestra to byla pouze v jednom případě?
