dc.description.abstract	Závěrečná práce pod názvem "Vliv nemocničního prostředí a chování zdravotníků na pacienta" se skládá ze dvou částí: teoretické a výzkumné. První, teoretická část se zabývá definicí nemocničního prostředí jako takového, jeho vlivem, estetikou, potřebami pacienta, psychickou stránkou nemocného člověka a komunikací mezi pacientem a zdravotníky. Druhá, průzkumná část zjišťuje pomocí anonymního dotazníkového šetření, jak nemocniční prostředí působí pacienty, jaké změny by uvítali v oblastech estetiky a dalších aspektů, které by vedly ke zlepšení jejich dojmu z nemocničního prostředí. Dále zjišťuje, jak jsou pacienti spokojeni s komunikací mezi nimi a zdravotníky. Z dotazníkového šetření vyplynulo, že celkové působení nemocničního prostředí na pacienta je na dobré úrovni, avšak největší problematikou se ukázala být ztráta soukromí pacientů, hlavně v oblasti používání sociálního zařízení více pacienty z různých pokojů. V oblasti komunikace mezi zdravotníky a pacientem byla nejvíce negativně shledána problematika ve zdravení a představování se pacientům zdravotníkem, avšak celkové chování zdravotníků většina respondentů označila jako přátelské.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis entitled "Influence of the Hospital Environment and Patient Health Behavior" consists of two parts: theoretical and research. The first, theoretical part deals with the definition of the hospital environment as such, its influence, aesthetics, the patient's needs, the psychic aspect of the sick person and the communication between the patient and the medical staff. The second, exploratory section investigates, using an anonymous questionnaire survey, how the hospital environment affects patients, what changes they would welcome in the areas of aesthetics and other aspects that would improve their impressions from the hospital environment. It also examines how patients are happy with the communication between them and health care professionals. The questionnaire survey showed that the overall impact of the hospital environment on the patient was good, but the biggest problem was the loss of patient privacy, especially in the area of social equipment, more patients from different rooms. In the area of communication between healthcare professionals and the patient, the problem of health and presentation to the patients was the most negative, but the overall behavior of the health care workers was considered by most respondents to be friendly.	eng
