| dc.description.abstract |
Tato práce je zaměřena na analýzu manipulační techniky a na analýzu uspořádání skladu ve společnosti. V teoretické části je zaměřena na základní pojmy logistického systému podniku. Dále se práce zaměřuje na analýzu uspořádání a organizace skladu a analýzu současného stavu manipulační techniky ve skladovacích prostorách. Na základě zjištěných informací jsou navržena doporučené řešení a opatření na zefektivnění současného stavu koordinace zásob a skladování ve společnosti. V další části práce se vytvoří návrh na zlepšení manipulační techniky v obou skladech. Závěrečná část obsahuje celkové vyhodnocení organizace skladování, tak i vyhodnocení manipulační techniky. |

This work is focused on the analysis of the logistics system and analysis of the organization and warehouse storage in the enterprise.
