Tématem této bakalářské práce je životní styl osob se zvýšenou hladinou cholesterolu. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku onemocnění, tedy zvýšené hladiny cholesterolu, ale především na výživu a pohybovou aktivitu. Výzkumná část zjišťuje, zda pacienti se zvýšenou hladinou cholesterolu dodržují zdravý způsob života, prevenci proti komplikacím, a jestli jsou dobře poučeni o léčebném režimu. |

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to give a detailed lifestyle description of people who suffer from cholesterol related problems. The first theoretical part of the thesis deals with the description of the disease in general, however it is mainly focused on its causes namely nutrition interaction and physical activity. In the other, research based part, the author attempts to discover whether healthy lifestyle is led accurately by high cholesterol patients. In order to support the research part, the author also investigates if both a prevention and medical regime instructions are provided correctly. |
