Diplomova praca je zamerana na sledovanie odozvy chalkogenidovych skiel systemov
As2S3, As2Se3, GeS2 a GeSe2 na expoziciu UV (213 nm) pulzneho nanosekundoveho laseru.
Procesom ablacie boli vytvorene kratery s hl´bkou 4,2 - 5,8 mikro m pri priemernom toku laseroveho
lúča 14,3 J/cm2 (aktualny fotonovy tok v pulze 2,4 GW/cm2). |

This diploma thesis is focused on the response of chalcogenide glass systems As2S3,
As2Se3, GeS2 and GeSe2 to exposure of UV (213 nm) pulsed nanosecond laser. Ablated craters
had depth 4.2 - 5.8 micro m with average laser beam fluency 14.3 J/cm2 (actual fluency during pulse
2.4 GW/cm2). |
