Diplomová práce je zaměřena na porovnání spokojenosti pacientek/klientek ve vybraných porodnickogynekologických zařízeních Pardubického kraje. Práce se člení na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou popsány teoretická východiska práce kvalita v oblasti zdravotnictví, sledování spokojenosti, popis porodnickogynekologických oddělení a jejich služeb. V praktické části práce jsou porovnávané odpovědi pacientek/klientek na jednotlivé otázky v dotazníku, které jsou zaměřeny na zjištění spokojenosti, mezi konkrétními zdravotnickými zařízeními. V práci byly stanovené hypotézy, které byly testovány pomocí Pearsonova chí-kvadrát testu. V diskuzi jsou popsány výsledky k jednotlivým cílům práce. |

The thesis is focused on the comparison of the degree of satisfaction of patients in selected obstetric-gynecologic clinics in Pardubice region. The thesis is structured into two parts; a theoretical one and a practical one. In the theoretical part of the thesis is described the theoretical basis of this thesis - the quality in the healthcare sector, monitoring of satisfaction, characterization of obstetric-gynecologic departments and their services. In the practical part of the thesis are compared the responses of patients to various questions in the questionary. Their task is to find out the degree of satisfaction among the different obstetric-gynecologic clinics. The thesis has laid down hypothesis, which were then verified using the Pearson chi-quadrant test. The discussion part describes the results of certain goals of the thesis |
