Předmětem této práce je integrovaný záchranný systém a spolupráce jeho složek. S využitím dat z ročenek Hasičského záchranného sboru ČR autor provedl analýzu těchto spoluprací za období let 1997 až 2015. Jednalo se o spolupráce při zásazích jednotek požární ochrany. Analýza časové řady ukázala postupný nárůst případů spolupráce těchto jednotek, způsobený zejména nárůstem technických zásahů a zásahů u dopravních nehod. Nejčastěji, ve zhruba 70 % zásahů, jednotky požární ochrany spolupracovaly s Policií ČR a zdravotnickou záchrannou službou, tedy základními složkami integrovaného záchranného systému. |

This thesis deals with Integrated Rescue System (IRS), a public service provided by the Czech Republic. Author focused upon on the issue of co-operation within IRS and he analysed time series describing activities of fire service units per a year and structure of co-operation with other institutional components comprising ITS, such the Czech national police, emergency medical services, armed forces. Author analysed data from the time span 1997-2015. His analyse proved that the performance of fire service units has been increasing since 1997; in particular, as a consequence of a booming economy. Due to fact, that fire protection units very often provide their assistance at traffic accidents, they often co-operate with the Czech national police and emergency medical services. Hence, 70 percent of action of fire service units, at least, is supported either by the police, or any kind of emergency medical service. |
