dc.description.abstract	Práce je věnována dendritickým buňkám a jejich využití v terapii nádorových onemocnění. Jedná se o nejdůležitější antigen prezentující buňky, které stimulují T lymfocyty. Jejich úkolem je pohlcení antigenu, jeho přemístění do sekundárních lymfatických orgánů a následná prezentace antigenu T lymfocytům. Díky své klíčové roli v procesu T buněčné aktivace našly uplatnění v protinádorové imunoterapii. Jsou aplikovány jako aktivní buněčná imunoterapie ve formě vakcín.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The work is devoted to the dendritic cells and their use in anti-tumor therapy. They are the most important antigen presenting cells that stimulate T cells. Their task is to absorb the antigen, transfer it into the secondary lymphoid organs and then present the antigen to T cells. Because of their key role in T cell activation, they are used in anti-tumor therapy. They are applied as an active cellular immunotherapy in the form of vaccines.	eng
