Diplomová práce se zabývá vztahem klientů a pracovníků sociální služby v neziskové organizaci a také vztahem těchto pracovníků s byrokracií. Autorka práce nahlíží na tyto vztahy po-mocí konceptu moci Michela Foucaulta. Práce vychází z terénního výzkumu, který byl prováděn etnografickou metodou zúčastněného pozorování v sociální službě neziskové organizace a neformálních rozhovorů s klienty a zaměstnanci této služby. |

This diploma thesis deals with the relations of clients and social workers of the social service in the non-profit organisation. The work also shows the relationship between these workers and the bureaucracy. The author focuses on these relationships through power from Michel Foucault ´s point of view. The thesis is based on the field research using the ethnography method of the participant observation in the social service in the non-profit organisation and informal interviews with the clients and social workers. |
