Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá studiem kinetiky uvolňování účinné látky tramadol hydrochlorid z léčiva Tralgit SR. V teoretické části je diskutováno řízené uvolňování léčiva a typy matric, které zajišťují prodloužené uvolňování, dále disoluční zkouška a kinetický model I. řádu. Na základě experimentálně provedené disoluční zkoušky byl získán disoluční profil tramadol hydrochloridu a časový profil úbytku tramadol hydrochloridu v léčivu během disoluce. Pro vyhodnocení a porovnání získaných profilů byl využit kinetický model I. řádu a Weibullův statistický model. |

The present bachelor thesis is concerned with the study of the release kinetics of the active ingredient tramadol hydrochloride from Tralgit SR drug. The theoretical part firstly discusses the controlled drug release and types of matrices that provide prolonged release, secondly the dissolution test and also first order kinetics. The dissolution profile of tramadol hydrochloride and the time profile of the decrease of tramadol hydrochloride in the drug during dissolution were gained based on an experimentally performed dissolution test. First order kinetic model and Weibull statistical model were applied in order to evaluate and compare the obtained profiles. |
