dc.description.abstract	Předmětem této práce je laboratorní příprava vybraných derivátů odvozených od Corey acetátu a Corey alkoholu. V teoretické části je uveden stručný přehled vývoje prostaglandinů, jejich syntetických analogů a jejich využití v klinické praxi. Popsána je i syntéza vybraných prostaglandinů. Experimentální část popisuje syntézu zvolených meziproduktů ve zvětšeném měřítku a kvalitě postačující pro další laboratorní experimenty. Zároveň jsou experimenty zaměřeny na usnadnění izolace připravovaných meziproduktů.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this work is laboratory preparation of selected derivates derive from Corey acetate and Corey alcohol. The teoretical part involves a brief overview of the development of prostaglandins and their synthetic analogues and their use in clinical practice. Described is also selected synthesis of prostaglandins. The experimental part describes the synthesis of selected intermediates in enlarged scale and quality sufficient for further laboratory experiments. Experiments are also intended to facilitate the isolation of intermediates prepared.	eng
