Tato práce se zaměřuje na vytvoření a zavedení interních milkrunových tras ve společnosti Continental Automotive Czech Republic, s.r.o. mezi výrobní halou divize S&A a hlavním skladem ve výrobním závodě Trutnov. Milkrunové trasy vytvořené v této práci budou obsluhovány pomocí elektrických tahačů. Práce se zabývá též současným stavem zásobování a odvážením finálních produktů a vratných obalů z výroby nazpět do skladu. Diplomová práce bude zakončena ekonomickým zhodnocením celé investice. |

This thesis is focused on creation and implementation internal milkrun tracks at Continental Automotive Czech Republic, s.r.o. between production hall and main warehouse in manufacturing plant Trutnov. Pruduction lines created at this thesis will be serviced by tow tractors on milkrun tracks. This thesis also deals with the current state of supply and exporting final products and returnable packaging back to main warehouse from production hall. This final thesis will be completed by economic assessment of the proposed investment. |
