dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se zabývá problematikou multikulturního kulturního ošetřovatelství v PNP o členy romského etnika. Přestože Romové jsou na našem území již velmi dlouho, stále si zachovali svou kulturu, zvyky, tradice a styl života, který je dost odlišný od nás. V teoretické části práce pojednává o všeobecné multikulturní péči, jejích zásadách a principech a dále o příslušnících romského etnika, rozdílech jejich kultury a ošetřovatelské péči. V praktické části práce jsou popsány výsledky výzkumu probíhajícího jak v romské komunitě, tak i na záchranné službě, který zkoumal vztahy mezi Romy a záchranáři a hledal možné problémy a východiska.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is focused on problems about multicultural nursing in the pre-hospital emergency care of the members of Roma ethnic group. Beside the Romas are living next to us in our country for a long time, they still kept their culture, habits, traditions and lifestyle, that are quite different from ours. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the general multicultural care, its policies and principles. Then are discussed the members of Roma ethnics, differences of their culture and nursing care. In the practical part of the thesis is described research ongoing in both the Roma community and on the ambulance service, which explores the relationship between Roma and paramedics, looking for possible problems and solutions.	eng
