Příspěvek se zabývá průzkumem a konzervací olověných tiskařských liter z počátku 17. století. Předměty byly nalezeny v 50. letech 20 století v Kralicích nad Oslavou v místě, kde původně stála a působila tiskárna Jednoty bratrské. |

This paper deals with survey and conservation of lead printing letters from the beginning of 17th century. The artefacts were found in the fifties of the 20th century in Kralice nad Oslavou on the spot where the printing room of Czech Brethren was situated and worked. Letters are mostly in good condition and they were covered by thin corrosion layer, though some of them are extensively cracked and broken. For material survey, the following analytical methods were chosen: X‐rays fluorescence (XRF) and metallography performed by a scanning electron microscope with energy‐dispersive detection (SEM‐EDS). Analysis of corrosion products was carried by X‐ray diffraction (XRD) and linearsweep voltammetry (LSV). For the treatment, the mass electrochemical reduction was chosen, options were found in literature and from results gained by LSV. |
