dc.description.abstract	Teoretická část práce na téma Vrozené vývojové vady u novorozenců se zaměřuje na problematiku vrozených vývojových vad u plodů, příčiny jejich vzniku, typy vad, konkrétní vady, způsoby detekce, příklady screeningových vyšetření v těhotenství se zaměřením na odhalení vrozených vývojových vad a stručně charakterizuje mapy péče. Praktická část obsahuje tři zpracované kazuistiky s ošetřovatelskými diagnózami. U těchto kazuistik je vytvořen plán péče pro první den hospitalizace. Prostřednictvím plánů péče je vytvořen návrh mapy péče pro novorozence s vrozenou vývojovou vadou srdeční. Návrh mapy péče bude sloužit převážně porodním asistentkám pracujícím na oddělení intermediární péče.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theoretical part bachelor thesis Congenital malformations in neonatology focuses on the problem of congenital defects of fetuses, causes of origin, types of defect, congenital defects, detection capabilities, examples of screening tests, which detect this malformations. This parth briefly characterizes the plans of health care. The practical part includes three cases reports with nurse diagnoses. The parth of this cases are health care plans for the first day of hospitalization. Through these health care plans is created draft of Map of the care of a newborn with congenital defect. The draft of health care will serve midwives working in the department for newborns with complications.	eng
