Úvod teoretické části diplomové práce se věnuje rozdělením kyanových sloučenin na základě fyzikálně-chemických vlastností. Cílem bylo seznámit se s využitím, výrobou a výskytem kyanidů a jejich komplexů. Část diplomové práce se zabývá mechanizmem toxického účinku kyanidů na organismus s následnou terapií. Zmíněn je rovněž výskyt kyanidů v životním prostředí. Rozsáhlejší kapitoly jsou věnovány důkazům a kvantitativnímu stanovení kyanidových iontů.
Experimentální část diplomové práce se zabývá izotachoforetickým stanovením kyanidů a jejich komplexů, které jsou analyzovány v aniontovém režimu. Byly hledány optimální podmínky pro stanovení kyanidového iontu a jeho komplexů. Optimalizovaný postup byl poté aplikován pro stanovení hexakyanoželeznatanu a hexakyanoželezitanu draselného a kyanidu draselného. |

Introduction of the theoretical part of this thesis is devoted to the division of cyano compounds based on the physico-chemical properties. The aim was to get acquainted with the use, production and occurrence of cyanides and their complexes. Part of the thesis deals with the mechanism of the toxic effect of cyanides on the organism with subsequent therapy. There is also mentioned the incidence of cyanides in the environment. More extensive chapters are devoted to the evidence and quantitative determination of cyanide ions.
The experimental part of the thesis deals with the isotachophoretic determination of cyanides and their complexes, which are analyzed in the anionic mode. The optimum conditions for the determination of cyanide ion and its complexes were searched. The optimized procedure was then applied for the determination of ferrocyanide and potassium ferricyanide and potassium cyanide. |
