Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá inflačními cíly České národní banky a jejich plněním. V první kapitole se věnuje teorii ohledně inflace. V kapitole následující se pak zabývá charakteristikou České národní banky, včetně jejích funkcí, nástrojů a také režimem cílování inflace. V další části je pak analýza vývoje míry inflace v ČR od roku 1998. Na to navazuje další část práce, která porovnává inflační cíle ČNB se skutečnou mírou inflace, a zjišťuje tak, jak se inflační cíle dařilo plnit. V závěru je poté vymezeno, jaké faktory ve sledovaném období plnění inflačních cílů komplikovaly a jak se ČNB celkově dařilo tyto cíle plnit. |

This thesis deals with the inflation targets of the Czech National Bank and of their fulfillment. The first chapter deals with a theory of inflation. In the next chapter, the characteristics of the Czech National Bank, including its features, tools, and targeting Inflation are discussed. The following part is composed of analysis of the evolution of inflation in the Czech Republic since 1998. The next chapter compares the CNB inflation targets with the actual rate of inflation, and it discuss its results. The conclusion defines the factors that complicated the fulfillment of inflation targets and general success of the accomplishment of these objectives. |
