Práce je věnovaná systematickému shrnutí platné a účinné právní úpravy smluv o přenechání věci k užití jinému podle Nového občanského zákoníku; zaměřuje se na pacht závodu. Současná právní úprava těchto smluv je porovnávána s odpovídající úpravou platnou do 31. 12. 2013. Ve druhé části této práce je rozebrána smlouva o pachtu závodu. |

The work systematically summarizes the legal regulation in force and effect about relinquishing a thing to be used by another, according to the New Civil Code; with the focus on the usufructuary lease. The current regulation of these contracts is compared with the correspondent regulation valid until December 31, 2013. In the second part of this work, the contract on usufructuary lease of commercial establishment is analyzed. |
