dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je věnována změně životní situace seniorů po odchodu do starobního důchodu. Teoretická část práce obsahuje tři hlavní části. První kapitola postihuje problematiku stáří a stárnutí, přibližuje různé aspekty stáří a stárnutí, dále potřeby seniorů, kvalitu života a jeho smysl. Další kapitola popisuje změnu životní situace, která obsahuje adaptaci na stáří, rodinné soužití a finanční problémy. Třetí kapitola se zabývá starobním důchodem. Empirickou část práce tvoří kvalitativní výzkum, který se zabýval subjektivním prožíváním změny životní situace seniorů po odchodu do důchodu. Výzkum je proveden formou rozhovorů. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny výsledky výzkumu, jejich interpretace a diskuse.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is focused on change of life situation of seniors in retirement. The theoretical part of the thesis contains three main parts. The first chapter addresses issues of old age and ageing and is focused on different aspects of old age and ageing, then the seniors needs, the quality of life and its meaning. The next chapter describes change of life situation which contains adaptation to old age, coexistence with the family and financial problems. The third chapter is focused on old age pension. The empirical part of the thesis consists of qualitative research focused on subjective experience of life situation of seniors in retirement. The research was conducted through interviews. In the conclusion of the thesis, there are situated the results of the research, its interpretation and discussion.	eng
