dc.description.abstract	Práce je zaměřena na omezení fluktuace zaměstnanců ve společnosti Česká pošta, s.p. Hlavním cílem práce je nalezení a návrh řešení, vedoucí k eliminaci fluktuace zaměstnanců, dále zjištění zda navrhnutá řešení jsou ekonomicky přijatelná. První část je postavena na terminologii, druhá část se zabývá analýzou současného stavu fluktuace u České pošty, s.p., ve třetí části jsou zjištěny nedostatky a slabá místa vedoucí k fluktuaci zaměstnanců, včetně navrhovaných řešení. Úkolem čtvrté části je ekonomické zhodnocení navrhovaných řešení.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	My diploma thesis is focused on limitation of fluctuation of the staff in the company Česká pošta, s.p. The main goal of my thesis is to find a suggestion for solutions leading to elimination of fluctuation of the emloyees and to find out whether the offered solutions are economically accepted. The first part is about specific terminology, the second one is engaged in analysis of the present situation of fluctuation in the company Česká pošta s.p., the third part finds out deficits and weak points leading to fluctuation of the staff. This part also contains some of the offered solutions. The last part is focused on economical evaluation of the offered changes.	eng
