Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou migrace látek z tiskových barev a laků.
V práci jsou uvedeny jednotlivé typy migrace a složení tiskových barev a laků. Dále jsou
vysvětleny pojmy simulanty potravin, specifický migrační limit a celkový migrační limit.
V následujícím textu jsou popsány postupy měření a laboratorní analýzy, které se v současné
době využívají pro stanovení míry migrace. Další kapitola se věnuje legislativě, která je
zaměřena na možnosti použití tiskových barev a laků na potisk obalů potravin. V závěru práce
jsou uvedeny instituce zabývající se migrací látek z obalů do potravin. |

Bachelor's thesis deals with the migration of substances from printing inks and
varnishes. The thesis presents different types of migration and the composition of the inks and
varnishes. Further explains concepts in food simulants, the specific migration limit and the
overall migration limit. The following describes the measurement procedures and laboratory
analysis currently used to determine the levels of migration. Another chapter is devoted
to legislation dealing with the use of printing inks and varnishes for food packaging printing.
In conclusion, there are listed institutions dealing with the migration of substances from
packaging into food. |
