Hlavním cílem této práce je poskytnout analýzu her Malá rodinná firma od Alana Ayckbourna, Skryté osvícení od Davida Hara a Thatcherovské děti od Trevora Griffithse, které pochází z období 80. let 20. století v Británii. V úvodní části práce je představena charakteristika vlády Margaret Thatcherové a její vliv na britské divadlo a obzvláště na politické divadlo. Druhá část zahrnuje analýzu vybraných her, ve kterých se věnuje speciální pozornost způsobu, který dramatici používají k zobrazení období vlády Margaret Thatcherové. |

The main purpose of this paper is to provide an analysis of the plays A Small Family Business by Alan Ayckbourn, The Secret Rapture by David Hare and Thatcher's Children by Trevor Griffiths which date to the period of the 1980s in Britain. In the initial part of the paper the characteristics of Thatcher's policy and its impacts on British theatre and especially on political theatre are introduced. The second part considers the analysis of the selected plays with special attention being paid to the way that playwrights used to portray Thatcher's era. |
