Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou směřování pacienta s triáž pozitivitou. Teoretická část práce popisuje základní informace o závažných úrazech a nejfrekventovaněji užívaných klasifikačních schématech traumat. Podává základní informace o ATLS protokolu. Představuje také síť traumacenter a popáleninových center České republiky. Stěžejní část práce pojednává o triáži rizika traumatologických pacientů. Výzkumná část práce se věnuje analýze faktorů, které ovlivňují volbu směřování triáž pozitivních pacientů. |

This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of the referring a triage-positive patient. The theoretic part of this work describes the basic information about the grave injuries and the most used classification schemes of traumas. It also provides the basic information about ATLS protocol. This bachelor thesis introduces the network of trauma centers and burn centers of the Czech Republic. The main part of the work deals with the triage risk of the traumatological patients. The research part of the work focuses on the factors analysis which influence the choice of the referring a triage positive patients. |
