dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o historii terapeutické hypotermie, shrnuje nejnovější poznatky o fungování termoregulačního systému a vlivu hypotermie na lidský organismus. Sumarizuje nejnovější poznatky o možnostech použití terapeutické hypotermie, jako metody léčby pacientů po srdeční zástavě a zároveň popisuje postup použití této techniky. Ve výzkumné části je uvedena metodika prováděného výzkumu a vyhodnocení sledovaných kritérií. Retrospektivní výzkum této práce probíhal na anesteziologicko-resuscitačním oddělení v nemocnici fakultního typu. Studie zahrnovala pacienty po úspěšně provedené resuscitaci, kteří byli v roce 2013 hospitalizováni na tomto oddělení a u kterých byla použita terapeutická hypotermie. Tato studie byla doplněna o dotazník, který byl určen zdravotnickým pracovníkům tohoto oddělení. Díky dotazníku je tato práce obohacena o informace, které nelze získat ze zdravotnických dokumentací, což vede k úplnosti výzkumné části bakalářské práce.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis discusses about the history of therapeutic hypothermia, summarizes recent findings on the functioning of the thermoregulatory system and the effects of hypothermia on the human body. It summarizes the latest information on availability of therapeutic hypothermia as a method of treatment of patients after cardiac arrest and also describes how to use this technique. The research thesis section presents the research methodology and evaluation criteria monitored. Retrospective research of this thesis was carried out on anesthesiology and resuscitation care unit in the hospital of faculty type. The study included patients after successful resuscitation, that were hospitalized in 2013 in this department and for which it was used therapeutic hypothermia. The study was supplemented by questionnaire, that was intended for healthcare workers of this department. Thanks to the questionnaire this thesis is enriched by the information, that can not be obtained from medical records, which leads to completeness research thesis section.	eng
