dc.type Article
dc.description.abstract-translated The paper deals with issues of the requirement of written form in legal transactions in the labour law after adoption of the New Civil Code and related laws and changes of current law (coming in effect since 1st January 2014). This article summarizes inflicted changes in the Labour Code especially changes in the way to conduct the written form. In first place, brief summarization of changes in the perception of legal transactions in the New Civil Code will be given. In second place, consequent changes in the Labour Code coming in effect since January 2014 will be explained. This will be followed by comparison of this new way of regulation of selected labour-law transactions (e.g. dismissal of employment, immediate termination of employment etc.) with the principle of contractual freedom which is proclaimed as one of the leading principles of New Civil Code and Civil (Private) Law in general including Labour Law. eng
