Práca je zameraná na spracovanie typológie gotickej knižnej väzby kníh z fondu Vědecké knihovny v Olomouci. V rámci prieskumu bolo vytypovaných a spracovaných celkom 618 kníh, rukopisov a prvotlačí. Na základe jeho výsledkov je vytvorený kompletný prehľad typologických znakov gotickej knihy od skladby knižného bloku, až po adjustáž kovových prvkov na knižnú väzbu. Text je doprevádzaný radou ilustratívnych fotografií a technických nákresov. Koniec práce patrí katalógu tlačítok používaných pre slepotlač spracovaných kníh. |

The thesis deals with characteristic typological features of Gothic bookbindings from the collections of the Research Library in Olomouc. In pursuance of the survey, 618 books, manuscripts and incunables were selected and examined. Based on the outcomes of this survey a detailed overview of the characteristic features of Gothic bookbinding has been made, from the composition of a book block till the adjustment of metal pieces to the book. The text is accompanied with many illustrative photographs and drawings. The end of the thesis includes a catalogue of tools used for blind-tooling on the studied books. |
