dc.description.abstract	Tématem bakalářské práce je ageismus ve zdravotnickém zařízení. Práce se dělí na dvě části, na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřená na charakteristiku stárnutí a stáří. Dále se zde zabývám vysvětlením ageismu jako takového, jeho příčinami, projevy a rovněž předsudky, které s ageismem souvisí. Hlavní složka teorie je věnována ageismu ve zdravotnictví a v ošetřovatelské péči. Věnuji se zde hlavně chování k seniorům a komunikaci se seniory ve zdravotnictví. V praktické části jsem provedla kvantitativní výzkum formou anonymního dotazníkového šetření. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, jestli se respondenti již setkali s pojmem ageismus a zda se vyskytují projevy ageismu ze strany zdravotnického personálu. Dotazníky byly směřovány respondentům geriatrického oddělení starších 65 let.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis is ageism in the healthcare facility. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of aging and old age. Dealt with explaining ageism as such, its causes, symptoms and also the prejudices of ageism related. The main part of the theory is given to ageism in health care and nursing care. I focus here mainly on the seniors behavior and communicating with seniors in health care. In the practical part I conducted quantitative research using anonymous questionnaires. The aim of the research was to determine whether the respondents have already met with the concept of ageism and whether there are signs of ageism by the medical staff. Questionnaires were directed to respondents geriatric of ward over 65 years.	eng
