Bakalářská práce na téma "Komunikace s pacientem jako součást každodenní práce sestry" je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část popisuje komunikaci obecně, verbální, neverbální komunikaci a podrobněji komunikaci v ošetřovatelství. Ve výzkumné části jsou prezentovány výsledky kvantitativního výzkumu, který probíhal dotazníkovým šetřením. V závěru práce je uvedeno celé její hodnocení. |
