Tato bakalářské práce se zabývá problematikou reminiscenční terapie v domově pro seniory. Konkrétně hodnotí pohled personálu na knihu života jako na pomůcku při péči o seniory. Klade si za cíl zhodnotit vliv knihy života na důstojnost klientů v domově pro seniory, vliv knihy života na kvalitu péče a na vztah mezi klientem domova pro seniory a personálem. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a výzkumnou. Teoretická část je zpracována pomocí analýzy odborné literatury. V první části jsou shrnuty poznatky z oblasti stárnutí, druhá část je věnována reminiscenční terapii. Praktická část se zabývá metodologií výzkumu a zhodnocením výsledků. |

The Bachelor thesis is dealing with the the issue of the reminiscence therapy in the home for the elderly. Specifically, the staff evaluates look at the book of life as an aid in the care for the elderly. It aims to assessment of effects in care with using book of life, quality of care, client´s dignity and relationship between client, staff and retirement home are effects influenced by book of life. The work is divided between theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is processed by using analysis of scientific literature. The first section summarizes the knowledge from the sphere of aging, the second part contains reminiscence therapy. The practical part dealing with the methodology of the research and evaluation results. |
