Článek se věnuje problematice bezpečnosti území (měst i regionů) z pohledu dopadů klimatické
změny, a to vč. percepce dopadů klimatické změny na bezpečnost měst z pohledu jejich obyvatel.
Článek diskutuje vliv ochrany přírody a krajiny, tak jak je v naší současné praxi aplikována orgány veřejné správy na bezpečnost území a jeho obyvatel a na příkladech dokumentuje neudržitelnost současného počínání z pohledu bezpečnosti. |

The paper is focused on territorial security (security in towns, cities and regions) from the clime change point of view. The paper includes also the perception of impact of clime change into
security of towns and cities from their inhabitants’ point of view. The paper discuses relationship between nature and landscape protection (as it is presented via public administration nowadays) and it impact into territorial and inhabitants’ security. There are documented examples from nature protection authorities and green organizations whose are not only unsustainable but also dangerous for towns, cities and inhabitants. |
