Abstrakt:
The National Plan for the Creation of Equal Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities 2010-2014 points to, among the other things, the lack of a systematic solution to the conditions for the tertiary education of students with disabilities. Although numerous activities have been in place and operations at the University
of Pardubice, this problems is still an issue. Therefore, this contribution paper focuses on the systemic model of socio-educational policies aimed to support students with special educational needs.
