Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá restrukturalizací státního podniku Lesy České republiky a je rozdělena do dvou celků. První část práce je věnována definici restrukturalizace, pojmů s ní souvisejících a procesu přípravy restrukturalizace. Dále je blíže rozebrána finanční analýza a specifika státních podniků. Druhá část začíná charakteristikou sledovaného podniku, na níž navazuje rozbor realizovaného restrukturalizačního procesu s využitím ukazatelů finanční analýzy. V závěru práce je zhodnocení provedeného restrukturalizačního projektu. |

This bachelor thesis deals with the restructuring of the company Lesy ČR, s. p. The first part consists of the definition of restructuring and other terms and of the description of the whole process. Next chapters deal with financial analysis and specifics of the state enterprises. The second part starts with the characteristic of the mentioned company and continues with the analysis of the restructuring process with the application of the indicators. The conclusion is focuses on the assessment of the implemented restructuring project. |

Studentka seznámila komisi s výsledky své bakalářské práce. Cílem práce je posoudit úspěšnost aplikace restrukturalizačního programu ve státním podniku na základě vyhodnocení vývoje finančních ukazatelů. Teoretická východiska práce byly vypracovány na základě rešerše literatury a analýzy současného stavu. Praktická část hodnotí účinnost restrukturalizačního programu ve vybraném státním podniku. V závěru jsou identifikovány konkrétní přínosy a návrhy na zlepšení. Po prezentaci byly kladeny doplňující otázky. |
