Předmětem této bakalářské práce je popsat techniku hmotnostní spektrometrie Matrix Assisted Laser Desorbtion/Ionization Time of Flight a její využití při identifikaci bakterií.
Práce popisuje jednotlivé části hmotnostního spektrometru a fyzikální princip této metody. Dále se věnuje aplikaci metody při identifikaci bakterií, zejména v klinické praxi v ČR. Na závěr bylo provedeno zhodnocení této metody ze strany několika vybraných klinických pracovišť v ČR. |

The subject of this bachelor thesis is describe technic of mass spectrometry Matrix Assisted Laser Desorbtion/Ionization Time of Flight and its use for identification of bacteria.
The thesis describes individual parts of mass spectrometer and physical principle of this method. Furthermore thesis is focused of application this method for identification of bacteria, in clinical practice particulary. The conclusion is an assessment of this issue as from some clinical workplaces in Czech Republic. |
