Předmětem této bakalářské práce je problematika konfrontace záchranáře s agresivním pacientem. Skládá se ze dvou částí - teoretické a výzkumné.
V teoretické části jsou popsány nejčastější formy a příčiny agresivního chování, jeho zvládání prostřednictvím vhodné komunikace či dalších metod. Dále se tato část zabývá právní odpovědností záchranáře v případě napadení pacientem a v neposlední řadě možnostmi záchranáře, jak se s tímto častým problémem vyrovnat. Výzkumná část je zaměřena s pomocí dotazníku na zkušenosti záchranářů s agresivními pacienty. Dotazník byl sestaven tak, aby co nejlépe přiblížil situaci, v které se respondenti při napadení nacházeli. Je tedy zaměřen na okolnosti a reakce respondentů při napadení a následky vzniklé po tomto incidentu. |

The subject of this thesis is the issue confronting a paramedic with an aggressive patient. It consists of two parts - theoretical and research. In the theoretical section there are described the most common types and causes of aggressive behavior, its management through appropriate communication or other methods. Furthermore, this section deals with the legal responsibility of the paramedic in the event of attack by the patient and not least the possibilities of paramedic as a common problem with this deal. The research part is using a questionnaire on the experience of paramedics with aggressive patients. The questionnaire was designed so as to best close a situation in which the respondents found the attack. It is focused on the circumstances and responses of respondents in the assault and the consequences arising after this incident. |
