V první části diplomové práce je rozebrána politika rovných příležitostí na trhu práce, gender a s ním související pojmy. Neméně důležitou část tvoří legislativní rámec politiky rovných příležitostí jak v ČR, tak i v EU. Dále je blíže charakterizován pojem gender mainstreaming a důvody pro antidiskriminační politiku a její přínosy.
V druhé části je popsána současná situace na trhu práce v ČR z pohledu genderu a rozbor nejčastějších projevů nerovností. Podstatné je poukázat na problémy při uplatňování zejména mladých žen na pracovním trhu. V neposlední řadě jsou pak navrhnuta nápravná opatření a možnosti zlepšení pozice mladých žen na trhu práce.
V poslední části lze nalézt analýzu dotazníkového šetření z Pardubického kraje, kde na vybraném vzorku obyvatel je možné potvrdit či vyvrátit existenci nerovností na trhu práce a tak i související problémy při zaměstnávání mladých žen. Rozbor také vyhodnocuje obecné povědomí o nerovnostech na trhu práce. |

There is policy of equal opportunities in the labour market, gender and related concepts in the first part of the thesis analyzed. Another important part is the policy of equal opportunities in both the Czech Republic and the EU. The concept of gender mainstreaming and the reasons for anti-discrimination policy and its benefits is explained.
The second part describes current situation in the labour market with gender analysis and the most common consequences of inequality. It is essential to point out problems in the assertion of especially young women in the labour market. There are also corrective actions and options to improve the position of young women in the labour market designed.
The last part contains analysis of the questionnaire made in Pardubice region. It is possible to corroborate or refutate the existence of inequalities in the labour market an employment-related problems of young women. The analysis also evaluates the general awareness of the inequalities in the labour market. |
