Předmětem této bakalářské práce jsou geneticky modifikované organismy v potravinách a krmivech. Jedná se o organismy, jejichž genetická informace byla cíleně změněna nepřirozeným způsobem za účelem zlepšení jejich vlastností. Práce se věnuje využití GMO v hospodářství a zemědělství, popisu transgenoze a transgenních rostlin. Je zmíněna technologie přípravy a detekce GMO a v neposlední řadě kontrola bezpečnosti. Na závěr bylo provedeno zhodnocení této problematiky i ze strany spotřebitelů a hnutí Greenpeace. |

The subject of this bachelor thesis are genetically modified organisms in food and feed. These are organisms whose genetic information has been intentionally altered an unnatural way and continue to be put into plants to improve on their performance.
The thesis deals with the use of GMOs in the husbandry and agriculture, the description of transgenose and transgenic plants. As the technology of preparation and detection of GMOs and not least security checks. The conclusion is an assessment of this issue as well as from consumers and Greenpeace organisation.
