dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se zabývá problematikou, proč navštěvují klienti nízkoprahové zařízení pro děti a mládež, zda využívají individuální poradenství, účastní se besed, diskusí, skupinových aktivit a akcí mimo klub, dále vztahy a problémy se sociálními pracovníky, jestli se klienti svěřují se svými problémy pracovníkům, dovedou klientům pomoci a jestli se v klubu cítí bezpečně. Práce se zaměřuje na nízkoprahové zařízení pro děti a mládež ( dále jen "NZDM" ) v Pardubickém kraji. Výsledkem této práce by mělo být zjištění spokojenosti uživatelů v NZDM.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	This work deals with the issue of clients of low-threshold facilities for children and youth. It discusses whether the clients take advantage of individual counselling, whether they participate in discussions, debates, group activities and events outside the club. Further it deals with client´s relationships and problems they could have with the social workers, whether the clients trust the workers enough to confide their problems, whether the clients feel safe in the club and if the social workers are able to help them. The work focuses on the low-threshold facilities for children and youth ("NZDM") Pardubice region. The result of this work should be a survey of the satisfaction level of NZDM clients.	eng
